We are developing the nasal cartilage of salmon into a medical food—Proteoglycan-Type II Collagen Complex. In Japan, it is Certified Organic and registered as a Health Food. In the U.S., we are initiating clinical trials for indications related to Osteoarthritis and Sarcopenia. We are also pursuing a GRAS designation with the FDA and expect to certify as an upcycled food.
